Returns:
As the items are all custom made to order, all items are non-returnable except in cases of a material defect. Should you find a material defect, we will replace the defected piece. Please be in touch with customer service to receive a Return Authorization number.
Damaged items will be replaced without question. Damaged items are to be returned by the customer via USPS priority mail. Customer to provide USPS tracking information and paid receipt to Customer Service who will forward to accounting. Once return is received and cataloged, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping and the items returned.
